Liege Villa near Spa Circuit

This character-filled holiday home in Burnenville feels built for groups who want the Ardennes outdoors close at hand without giving up comfort once the day winds down. Large shared spaces, a private courtyard, and multiple terraces give the house an easy rhythm, with mornings often beginning outside under the roofed terrace and evenings ending around the billiards table or inside the infrared sauna. Sleeping up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, the property works particularly well for families, cycling groups, and Formula 1 weekends thanks to its location only 3 km from Spa-Francorchamps Circuit. The interiors keep a rustic countryside atmosphere while still feeling practical for longer stays, with bicycle storage, private parking, a spacious garden, darts, board games, and several quiet corners for slower afternoons. The centre of Malmedy is around 4.5 km away and is best visited in the morning when the cafés begin opening onto the square. Lake Robertville sits approximately 15 km from the house for swimming and lakeside walks during warmer weather. Hiking and cycling routes begin throughout the surrounding countryside, while the circuit area brings a completely different atmosphere during racing weekends. Guests travelling with pets tend to appreciate the outdoor space and quieter rural setting, especially outside peak summer periods. Between the sauna, terraces, and generous social spaces, the house manages to feel lively without ever becoming crowded.Liege Villa near Spa Circuit
