This modern and detached holiday home / country house for a maximum of 11 people is located in the lively Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia, not far from the Kötschach-Mauthen / Vorhegg ski area and the town center. The completely modernized country house consists of two apartments (ground floor and upper floor) and is ideal for a larger group or 2 families. It is modernly furnished and offers 2 separate living rooms, each with its own open, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a large dining table where everyone can come together. From the living room (ground floor) you can access the large terrace and the garden. The house has a washing machine and dryer as well as a storage room for skis. You can park directly at the house. Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a small family ski area with 6 kilometers of slopes as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (Aquarena water and wellness oasis). Other ski areas in the region are the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes.
