This spacious 120 m² Superior Chalet is spread over 4 levels and accommodates up to 12 people. It features 4 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 2 with bunk beds. The chalet includes 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together, with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. A toaster, kettle, and coffee machine are also provided. Upon arrival, a small starter kit with dishwashing tablets, dish soap, sponge, trash bags, cleaning cloth, and tea towels will be available. Located at the foot of Gartnerkofel, at 1,500 m above sea level, the chalet offers direct access to the top Nassfeld Ski Resort with ski-in, ski-out access on the Gartnerkofel slope. The Nassfeld Plus Card is included during the summer. Additional amenities include a lockable ski depot (without ski boot heater), free parking, and a car-free village with access only for loading and unloading.
