There is a private backyard with covered patio & grassy play area. It’s hard to travel with some of the items for little ones so for your convenience there is a stroller, pack-n-play and a highchair. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. Make yourself at home! As you walk in the door you are greeted by the living room that has a sofa, a chair plus an oversized chair with 50” flat screen Smart TV with cable. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is really the heart of the home so we have everything you need to prepare your meals at home or enjoy grilling burgers or steaks out on the covered back patio that’s just off the kitchen. The patio has outdoor seating to hang out and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs! Just off the living room is a bonus room where everyone can enjoy the ESPN 4 in 1 Game table w Air Hockey, Billiards, Ping Pong & basketball. The first bedroom has a King size bed, 32” TV with cable and private bathroom with single sink and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and 32” TV with cable and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32” TV with cable. There is also access to a full size washer and dryer during your stay. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.
