Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Plouescat, a seaside resort, close to Roscoff, and not far from Brest, our new house, designed to accommodate vacationers, is ideal for relaxing and restful, or sporty, vacations with family or friends. The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets. The space The 110 m2 single-storey house, tastefully furnished and decorated, can accommodate 8-9 people and has a perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator) with a small "return bar", to have a drink or cook together. The kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room, equipped to spend good moments of relaxation: board games, TV, Wi-Fi, children's games, stereo. The living room has a sofa and armchairs, and poufs. To rest well, the house has 4 bedrooms: - A first night area of 3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
