Cozy villa with an open social floor plan where the kitchen and living room are combined into one with high ceilings and access to a leafy, partially glazed veranda under the roof. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen, in the living room there is a TV with Apple TV. Fresh bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Down the stairs in the basement you will find the house's bedroom, two bedrooms each with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. Also on this floor is a bathroom with wc, bathtub and washing machine and tumble dryer. In the garden there is an additional patio with outdoor furniture and access to a charcoal grill. Parking is on the street which is free. If you want to charge your electric car, there are charging stations in the city centre. This accommodation is a perfect starting point if you want to explore everything central Stockholm has to offer in combination with calm and soothing nature. In just a few minutes by train you can reach Kungsträdgården, the Castle, the city hall, Gröna Lund, Skansen and much more. As well as a large selection of fantastic restaurants and beautiful walking paths. If you would rather explore the surrounding area, Gamla Enskede is a very nice and pleasant part to stroll in, and if you want to enjoy a lovely bath on a hot summer day, Hökarängsbadet is nearby with a sandy beach, jetty and barbecue facilities. Farstabadet is also close by, if you want to swim in the sea, you can go to Erstaviksbadet.
