The style is modern and functional with four bedrooms with good beds and closet space. Two large bathrooms with shower, floor heating, washing machine, and dryer. There are terraces, partially covered, as well as a patio heater in the covered area. There is plenty of shelter, shade, and the opportunity to move around with the sun. There is a gas grill (free gas consumption). The lawn offers plenty of space for play and there is a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance).
