The living room offers a sofa, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed; an upstairs bedroom with a double bed beneath the eaves; and a third bedroom with two family bunk beds, accessed via its own entrance from the balcony. The house also includes a full modern bathroom and a washing machine. Knekteholmen is a quiet island with only two houses located close, but it is positioned in a way that leaves your sea-facing side completely private. Swim directly from the rocks or the jetty using the bathing ladder with caution. Contact the owner a day before arrival for instructions, as they’ll meet you at check-in and guide you to the house, located a five-minute boat ride away from Sörvik marina. Oskarshamn, with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, is a drive away from the marina, so plan supplies before arrival, as no shops are available on the island.
