On the large terrace, you will also find an exclusive 6-person outdoor spa (from week 26 2026). It is perfect for well-being and relaxation, whether under the stars on a cool winter’s evening or during the bright summer nights. Activities and socialising for all generations: The house is designed for quality time together. The large, open-plan kitchen serves as the heart of the home. It features state-of-the-art fittings, setting the scene for making cooking a pleasant shared experience over a glass of wine. In the spacious living room, you’ll find high-quality Danish-designed furniture, a cosy wood-burning stove and direct access to the large, partially covered terrace area. Out here, the Weber barbecue and comfortable garden furniture invite you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings under the open sky. If the mood is for fun and competition, the large games room offers billiards, table tennis and table football, which are guaranteed to bring the family together across generations. The holiday home is 175 m2 and can accommodate 12 people. The house was built in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2016 and today appears as a state-of-the-art and bright holiday home with, among other things, table tennis, billiards and table football. Large, combined kitchen/dining room/living room equipped with, among other things, ceramic hobs, separate oven with grill and hot air function, extractor hood and dishwasher. Large dining area/living room with direct access to the large, open/covered terrace. The living room is equipped with, among other things, a TV with both Danish and German channels, a stereo system and Danish quality furniture. Large activity room with a combination table, where it is possible to play both billiards and table tennis and a table football table has also been set up. Wi-Fi is installed in the house. Two large bathrooms, both with shower cubicles and underfloor heating, and there is both a washing machine and a dryer. For relaxation and well-being there is a hot tub and sauna. An air/air heat pump has also been installed. There are five bedrooms, three with double beds, a bedroom with bunk beds for two people and a bedroom with two single beds. There is another large loft with two sleeping platforms in connection with the large living room. For the little holidaymakers there is both a high chair and a cot. The house is located undisturbed on a large natural plot and from the plot there is ample opportunity to enjoy the nature on Fanø. There is a charging socket for the electric car. It is only approx. 1000 m to one of Fanø's best beaches. Not rented to youth groups.
