There is a well-equipped, open kitchen with dining area in connection with the living room with wood stove and a nice floor plan with an opening on one side to the upper floor, which gives a good feeling of space. In addition, there is a large balcony overlooking the sea. The house has a Genvex system for optimal indoor climate and a central vacuum cleaner. There are only approx. 800 meters to the island's ferry and marina, where there is a buzz of life in a relaxed sailing / tourist atmosphere. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
