Amazing luxury villa next to the beach! The space Amazing modern villa with spacious garden only few steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. The building has three levels. The ground floor where you find a living room with a sofa bed, flat TV and AC, a modern fully equipped high tech kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer) and a toilet with a shower. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms have spacious closets, their own A/C, and their own balconies, two of the them look at the beach and one of them at the back garden. In the basement there is a spacious play room with a sofa for your facility. In the garden there is furniture so you can enjoy your meals and sun-beds for taking the sun. Outdoor shower with hot water, private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities. The beach is only few steps away from you! A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). Please keep in mind that the villa is sharing the garden with an another smaller villa as you can see in the photos.
