For cheap heating, an air / air heat pump and wood stove are installed. There are three bedrooms and a loft. From the living room there is direct access to the large terrace, part of which is covered. The morning sun can be enjoyed on the smaller terrace, which is connected to the kitchen. There is also garden furniture and a gas grill. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
