Located only 15 to 20 minutes by car from one of Denmark's finest sandy beaches in Tisvilde, the property blends striking aesthetics with ultimate comfort. Inside, the home is built from premium materials throughout, featuring smooth nanotech-treated kitchen surfaces, warm wooden flooring, and two luxurious bathrooms with underfloor heating (one boasting an elegant designer bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Outdoors, the property offers generous open and covered terraces facing the water—ideal for relaxing barbecues—alongside a convenient carport and an efficient air-to-water heat pump system.
