On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with washer and dryer and entrance to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen in open connection with the living room. In the kitchen, the stove is located in the window niche, so you can enjoy the view of the area while you cook. The bathroom sink is also located in the window niche, so you can also enjoy the view of the area. The 2 bedrooms are located at each end of the apartment. One room has access to a small balcony from which you can see the Wadden Sea. There is its own small terrace for the apartment. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
