Each house in the plot has a covered as well as an open terrace with garden furniture. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white appliances, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer and cooker with ceramic hobs. The living room is furnished with a stove, radio and television.
