There is a large wooden terrace of 40 m² in connection to the house and the swimming pool. The garden is closed. Large grill. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The annex with 2 beds is connected to the main house via a covered wooden terrace.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
