In a distance of approx. 10 minutes walk to one of Denmark's best windsurfing spots with one of the largest windsurfing schools you will find this holiday cottage. The house is decorated with many details and is an ideal base for relaxation. Here you will find both a 2-person whirlpool, which is extremely beneficial for muscle relaxation, and a sauna with room for four people. One double bed is elevation. The house also has a well-functioning living room where you can relax at the TV or in front of the wood-burning stove. There is a play set with swings and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
