Low energy holiday cottage located on Holmsland Klit between Søndervig and Hvide Sande in one of the most attractive resorts with a few minutes walk to Ringkøbing Fjord on one side and the always breathtaking North Sea on the other. In 2008 the house was renovated, including having a geothermal system installed so that all heat and water in the swimming pool is heated by this system. In 2008 the kitchen was modernised with new appliances in open plan with the living room with a wood-burning stove, 37" large flat screen TV with German channels, bright colours on the walls and direct access to the large terrace. The living room has access to the separate area with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna where, no matter the season, you will spend several hours. There are 2 terraces, one facing east and one facing southwest. Here you can enjoy morning and evening sun and not least the stunning views of Ringkøbing Fjord.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services.
