From a couple of the windows in the living room you have a small view of the ocean but from an elevated area on the plot you have full ocean views. Open concept living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, alcove and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The furnishings is tasteful and modern in typical cottage style. There is a wood-burning stove for cheap heating as well as for a cosy evening. The open south/west faced terrace has shelter while the east/south faced is covered. Open, slightly hilly plot. A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
