Well maintained and well decorated and nice light from the large windows. There is a nice wood stove, which quickly spreads a warm and cozy atmosphere. There are three good rooms, open kitchen to living / dining room with access to a partially covered terrace, where it is also nice to stay in the evening. The cottage is located on a large natural plot with a swing and plenty of space to frolic. The house is located approx. 500 m from child-friendly beach, close to Sæby, where there are good shopping opportunities and cozy harbor environment with i.a. fish restaurants. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
