It offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bedroom, a living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a beautiful bathroom and a large garden with a swimming pond, sunbathing areas and a terrace for grilling. Free WiFi is available in the entire apartment. The farmer raises rare breed sheep and has converted parts of his farmhouse into unique apartments for guests looking for shore excursions. The endless surroundings with hilly meadows and forests invite you to go cycling, horseback riding, golfing, swimming in the natural lake, e-bikes for hire and hiking all year round (e-bikes are available). In winter, some small family ski areas such as Hochkar, Lackenhof and Mariazell are only a short drive away. You can also visit their regional shop. Scheibbs is wonderful for exploring the mountainous part of Austria with easy access to Oetscher, Mariazell or Waidhofen/Ybbs. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a huge swimming pool on the doorstep. There is a bicycle storage room if you want to explore the area by bike.
