Here you will find three modern bedrooms with double box-spring beds, two with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. The spacious southwest-facing balcony (40 m²) with loungers and garden furniture offers wonderful views. The open fireplace ensures cozy evenings after a day in the snow. In winter, the MoorAlm restaurant next door invites you to lunch or dinner. Fresh rolls are available upon request from the nearby bakery. Amenities include a ski room with boot heaters, two underground parking spaces, and a well-maintained communal garden with seating. In summer, the nearby forest (100 m) and a lake (8 km) are great destinations.Dream apartment in the Kitzbühler Alps ski area
