Bellevue-Odra 3

The studio is located on the 1st floor and consists of a room with a French balcony and a bathroom with a window. The room offers a beautiful view of the Oder River. Upstairs there is also a fully equipped kitchen, which is shared with the second room available in another of my offers. The whole is heated in winter and cooled in summer. Pets are allowed. The space Bellevue is located on the banks of the West Oder. It is the perfect place for lovers of water expeditions and nature. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants here, so guests have to go to the city or cook on site in a fully equipped kitchen. The center of Szczecin is about 10 km away, and the nearest store is 5 km away. It is the area of the Landscape Park, soon to be a National Park, so you can only move around with paddles or an electric motor. It is here, after entering one of the Międzyodrza canals, that we will move to another world, a world of aquatic fauna and flora unprecedented in the valleys of other European rivers. It is a paradise for water birds and a place where fish live peacefully. You can only hear the sounds of birds and the sound of the wind in the reeds. You can also go on a walking or cycling tour along the Bielik Trail running through the area adjacent to the Lower Oder Lagoon. Guest access There is a free and enclosed parking space on the property. The barbecue with seating is located directly on the river bank 150m from the property. Boats and kayaks can be rented from a neighbor 10m from the accommodation. During your stay I am present on site at all times and am available to help during your stay. The cat is not aggressive and tends to run away from strangers.
