The larger apartment features a spacious living area, several bedrooms and bathrooms. A sauna is available for an additional fee. The location is ideal all year round. In winter, the Flachau ski area can be reached within a few minutes. Cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths are also nearby. In summer, the house is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and excursions into the Salzburg mountains. The Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt is also easily accessible. The owner lives in a separate caretaker apartment in the building.
