No smoking, please. (apart from the outside areas - use ashtrays provided) 2. No pets. 3. Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend. We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you: - £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply. - £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed. *Guest Verification: To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly ask for a valid form of ID from the lead guest before check-in.
