This delightful one-bedroom farm stay offers an authentic rural experience, blending modern comforts with rustic charm. Check-in & Access You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away. House Rules • No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided). • No pets. • Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. • Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends). Damages We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you: - £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply. - £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed. Your check-in details will be sent once you've selected your preferred option. Terms of Stay A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.
