House Rules • No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided). • No pets. • Please respect the property and leave it as you found it. • Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends). Damages We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. You can choose the option that works best for you: - £200 Refundable Security Deposit – Fully refunded within 10 working days after check-out if no deductions apply. - £18 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – A simple one-time fee that covers accidental damage up to £200—no deposit hold, no refunds needed.
