The Garden of Tommaso

Immersed in a beautiful natural setting, between a eucalyptus forest and the immense sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, our charming villa is 300 meters from the sea and is the ideal place to combine the desire for tranquility with the desire to discover our wonderful island. The space Located on the "Wine Route" of Alcamo, a town renowned for its wine cellars, the house is located in a strategic point to visit some of the most beautiful places in Western Sicily: Scopello and its sea stacks, Castellamare del Golfo, the Zingaro Reserve, San Vito lo Capo, Palermo and Trapani also thanks to the proximity to the main airports (30 minutes by car from Palermo's "Falcone Borsellino" Airport and 45 minutes by car from Trapani's "Birgi" Airport). Built in 2017, the house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen (4 cooking points, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave) and a dining table where there is also a sofa bed and two full bathrooms (1 with shower). The house also has a washing machine for private use, an iron and a hairdryer. Designed to enjoy the summer, the outdoor space is the true beating heart of the house: in the setting of our beautiful garden with solarium, you will find a 40-square-meter patio with a kitchen (5 cooking points) and a masonry barbecue corner available to guests where you can spend moments of pure relaxation. Families with children are welcome, and for them we provide, upon request, everything they need to enjoy their vacation in peace (games, camping cot, high chair, etc.). The beach is accessible from a private entrance and there is also a Lido where beach umbrellas and sunbeds are available for rent and which offers catering services. The nearest grocery stores are about 1 kilometer away and restaurants/pizzerias are about 3 kilometers away. Upon request, you can find the required groceries upon arrival (€50 plus the cost of the groceries) or book a dinner with a private chef (price upon request). We provide our guests with the possibility to rent beach towels (10 euros each). The cost of the final cleaning is 50 euros and a security deposit is required in case of damage equal to 250 euros to be deposited in cash upon arrival.
