Pet fee USD $150 per pet per stay - - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request for Netflix. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. - SMOKING - No smoking inside the property - USD $750 fine for violation - - The lands keeper will go once a week - - SECURITY CAMERAS - For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes but not inside the house to keep your privacy. - Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will become non-refundable. - This home has a common area. You may see small wildlife in the common area and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (I.e. spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them as we work very hard to keep the house clean and have monthly pest/bug control. Thank you very much for your understanding. 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 2. Smoking Indoors is STRICTLY forbidden. Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty. 3. Parties of any kind are NOT allowed on the property. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. 5. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 6. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. 7. All gatherings must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized by us. 8. Most cars must be parked in the property’s driveway. Only 2 cars can be parked on the street. 9. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
