Newly renovated apartment with one bedroom and a living room that can be transformed into a double bedroom. 10 minutes walk from the Sete Rios train and metro station and close to the Zoo, Red Cross Hospital and Army Pupils. Bedroom with double bed, equipped kitchen and living room with two single sofa beds. We have fans, heaters and a portable air conditioning unit for your comfort. The house is on a third floor without an elevator. We have self check-in and you can enter at any time from 3pm.
