Just a few minutes walking you can reach the Casino, the Estoril Convention Centre (Centro de Congressos do Estoril), The Estoril Thermal Spa, the Spa Banyan Tree and the Yoga Centre - Áshrama Estoril. The artisan Fair (behind the Casino) each July and August offers handicraft and a variety of restaurants serving traditional food. You don't need a car to visit Lisbon or Sintra: Cais do Sodré (25 minutes by train), the romantic World Heritage village of Sintra with its palaces, castles and gardens, 20 minutes away by bus. It's a 5-minute train journey from Cascais or a 20-minute walk along the seafront. Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. Late check-in is available at an additional cost: €20 if it takes place after 20:00 and €40 if it takes place after 23:00 until 08:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to an additional charge of €40 and are always available subject to availability. Late and early check-in fees are payable in cash on arrival. At check-in, we will ask for your identification document. Short-term rentals are obliged to communicate the guest's information to the Border Service (SEF) - this is called an Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obliged to notify Portuguese Immigration and SEF of your presence within 3 working days of your arrival.
