A short walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to Airport & 10 minutes to the train this is an ideal location. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building. HOUSE RULES: 1. Respect Neighbors - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM. - No loud music anytime – some guests work from home. 2. Strict - No Smoking of Any Kind - Smoking / vaping of any kind is banned everywhere inside and outside the property. - $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if detected. 3. No Parties | Max Guest Limit is 4 People | Zero Tolerance - Security cameras in use and monitored (not inside the apartment) - If authorities are called to escort you out, a $100 law enforcement fee will be charged to your credit card.
