Rental Agreement Required: A short e-rental agreement will be sent immediately after booking and must be signed by the primary guest to receive access codes. Noise Monitoring: For neighborhood compliance, the property uses exterior and common-area noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. No audio is recorded at any time, and there are no recording devices inside the home. Pet Policy: For a pet pet per stay fee, well trained indoor dogs are welcomed. Not cats or other animals please. Dogs must be crated when unsupervised, and we kindly ask they not get on couches, bedding, etc which makes it very difficult for our cleaning staff & future guest allergies. On a case by base basis, when our cleaning staff encounters additional charges, we reserve the right to charge for excessive pet hair, uncleaned pet messes, and damages. Cleaning & House Rules: Standard cleaning is included in your reservation. For excessive cleaning, smoke or vape smells, pet messages, pet hair, damages we reserve the right to charge on case by case basis. Blanco is a quaint and charming rustic town with an vibrant square smack dab in the middle of the Texas Wine trail. The square boast plenty of things to do, and isn't overly crowded or touristy compared to Fredericksburg. Breweries and wineries are within 10-20min drive from the house along scenic roads. Blanco River access within half a mile. Canyon Lake & Guadalupe are within 30 min of house for boating. Blanco is a charming, walkable town and our property is only 2 blocks from the town square. The Blanco River State Park is a 3min drive (call for reservations & info). The best way to explore the area and access attractions like the Texas Wine Trail, breweries, and distilleries is by car or calling Texas Tipsy Tours for safe transportation. Free parking is available on the premises, providing convenient access to your accommodation. For those flying in, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Consider using ride-sharing services or arranging for private transportation for ease of travel.
