Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool between cleanings due to unpredictable weather conditions in Florida - this is normal. We provide a pool skimmer that you may use to remove light debris throughout your stay. 2-Loungers Outdoor Dining Table for 4 Gas Grill available for the times you want to eat in. Noise/Good Neighbor Policy: This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Quite times are 9pm to 8am and we always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held at this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 26 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 26 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us. Registered Guests: ONLY the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property! Unless discussed and agreed with us otherwise, this includes inviting groups over during the day/night beyond the number of persons you have booked for. Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am. Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. 4) Smoking outside only! keep all doors and windows closed while smoking and dispose of all butts in a proper container. 5) Guests are required to properly clean the outdoor grill if used and report a gas tank switch to the office at the time of such switch. 6) Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Guests shall not create noise [loud speaker] or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. 7) Guest is hereby notified that the pool and/or spa can be dangerous and Guests accept fully the risks involved. The responsible party acknowledges his [her] responsibility to insure all minors are supervised at all times, no diving is allowed in spa or pools, no running or rough housing around any outside water feature, no glassware or bottles in outside pool areas. 8) Fireworks and other hazardous materials are prohibited and shall not be used in or around the property. 9) Guest shall use the property for legal purposes only; and any other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc., shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. This is a quite residential neighborhood close to many shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful white sand beach of Siesta Key. A car is recommended
