You know you want one! This is a 2bdrm/1 bath upstairs apartment. The unit has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. There are 2 cameras at the front door (Ring and Amcrest). These are to protect our property and NOT to spy on our guests! Whole home generator so you never lose power or heat. Entire upstairs apartment. I can be reached by phone anytime except between 10pm and 7am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood located in the 1st Ward. You will need a car to get around. You can park in the driveway when the owner isn’t using the downstairs unit. There are 2 outdoor cameras at the front door. Do not block or obscure the cameras. We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi)) before your reservation can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If you opt for the damage deposit, Superhog will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees.
