You are only footsteps from the banks of the Little River, the Riverstone Restaurant, which is locally famous for it's authentic country cooking, as well as the Townsend walking and biking trails. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a great room with dining area and spacious living area, centered around the massive river rock gas fireplace. There are multiple porches and decks, including a screened porch off the Primary bedroom suite, as well as an enclosed porch and open deck overlooking the backyard and water. There is a lockable bedroom on the main floor with Full size bed, a loft bedroom upstairs with two Queen beds, and a Queen bed upstairs. There is private parking at the entrance to the home with space for three to four cars depending on vehicle size. While staying at this home, guests will have access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee.
