Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • Our entire home is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the exterior of the house pointed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Fireworks are not permitted. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
