Stay at a rural farm on Sollerön

Welcome to our house, which is relatively newly built and newly furnished. 60 sqm, with a double bedroom and a bunk bed. Fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine & hair dryer. One big living room that includes kitchen. There is also a fireplace to burn in, TV and a sofa bed. Underfloor heating in bathroom and hall. Large porch. The price as stated is for all persons, up to 4. In the kitchen, there are all the amenities such as microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The space In the pantry, you will find coffee, tea, spices and some other dry goods. In the bathroom, there is a hair dryer and combined shower cream/shampoo. Here you live with horses just outside the window and our dogs will be happy to greet you if you want. We also have a small pony who loves to be brushed and go for a walk. If you have children, there is a high chair and a travel bed. Guest access Private porch with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. You'll even have access to a sunroom in a barn on the yard. Public playground is about 100 meters from the yard. Several bicycles are available to use. Toys and games are available. Canoes are available to borrow in the summer. If you want to go to the gym, there is a gym on Sollerön. Many nice swimming areas all around the island, nice hiking trails both on Sollerön and around Gesundaberget. In winter, there is a possibility to borrow snowshoes to go for a walk on nice village roads. Cross-country ski trails are available on Sollerön and if you want to go downhill, there are great slopes on Gesundaberget about 10 minutes by car from us. When Siljan freezes, there will be nice ice skating on the lake and a sledding hill is close to us. Other things to note Bedlinen and towels are included. If you book during Christmas week and want to celebrate a traditional Christmas tree and decorated house, we work it out. Final cleaning can be purchased at a cost of SEK 800 for stays of up to 3 nights, after that SEK 1000, payable upon arrival. The house is right next to our house and you have access to our entire farm. We have dogs that sometimes go loose on the farm, all our animals are please but keep that in mind when booking if you are afraid of dogs.
