The modern furnished apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house. All rooms (except the hallway) have windows. The bedroom can be darkened by external blinds. No smoking in the whole house, only outside. There is a nice garden with plenty of seating. For children there is a tree house, a swing, a sandbox and a slide. The large pool in the garden invites (all residents of the house) to swim and relax. The space The apartment was newly renovated in 2014. It is about 65 m² and has the following rooms: 1 bedroom (with double bed) 1 living room (with sofa bed, lying area WxL approx. 200 x 140 cm) 1 kitchen (including dishwasher) 1 bathroom 1 hallway Minimum rental period: 2 nights Prices include final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, bed linens, towels, etc. A children's travel cot is provided free of charge if required. The sofa bed is suitable for 2 more people. Other things to note Prices are for 2 people. For the 3rd and 4th person will be charged an additional 15 euros each. However, no extra charge is required for toddlers sleeping in a travel cot or in their parents' bed.
