The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a large island seating four, double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. Step outside to the lakeview balcony, featuring outdoor dining, a gas grill, and peaceful views of Lake Burien. POWDER ROOM A conveniently located half bathroom is available on the main floor. UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling lake views, blackout curtains, balcony access, and a large walk-in closet. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a steam shower, soaking tub, heated floors, premium toiletries, robes, and towels. ADDITIONAL UPSTAIRS BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH This peaceful bedroom offers a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a glass shower, heated floors, and complimentary toiletries. OFFICE Located near the entry, the office includes a standing desk and a comfortable twin rollaway bed, making it ideal for work or an additional guest. ◇ LOWER LEVEL LIVING AREA & SECOND KITCHEN The lower-level great room offers another cozy gathering space with a gas fireplace, large TV, comfortable seating, dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH This spacious king suite overlooks the backyard and lake, with direct access to the deck and hot tub. IMPORTANT NOTE There is ongoing construction of new homes within the community, so you may notice workers nearby during your stay. Please do not enter the construction areas. PARKING: For the security, safety, and well-being of the property and its inhabitants, this property has a controlled access system. This system limits vehicle access to TWO vehicles during the course of the reservation. DOCK- The dock has shared access- please keep to the left/west side of the dock. Also please do not enter the property on the right/east side of the dock, it is private property. IMPORTANT Note: The detached floating motorized dock is NOT available for guest use. The lake is monitored by neighbors and any violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property. Note: There is ongoing construction of new homes within this community. There should be no overnight issues, but you may see workers next door during your stay. DO NOT enter the construction sites. OTHER FEES MAY APPLY ➜ Pet Fee: $100 per stay. ➜Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: $50 per hour, unless otherwise approved in writing. ➜ Exceeding Occupancy: $50 per additional person, per night. ➜Additional Cleaning Fee: Standard turnover requires up to 3 hours of cleaning. ➜If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an extra $100 per additional hour will be charged. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the property (fire pit, barbeque, exercise equipment, paddleboards as examples). In particular, Guest understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 for personal safety. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim what so ever against Owner and Enclaves for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the property amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the property amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow.
