This beautifully designed, three-story home features four spacious double bedrooms, each with ornate fireplaces, comfortable beds, and plenty of storage. Relax in style with a luxurious family bathroom that includes a large walk-in shower, plus an additional ensuite. The property boasts an inviting dining area and a spacious living room with oversized sofas perfect for gathering. Outside, a private, sunny garden awaits, ideal for al fresco dining and unwinding in Brighton’s vibrant atmosphere. - Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
