This spacious three-bedroom home offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to all of Brighton's attractions – from local pubs and cafes to the beach and nearby South Downs, perfect for scenic walks and stunning views. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a dedicated dining room, and three generously sized bedrooms. - Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
