Downland Studio in Brighton is a newly renovated, self-contained apartment with free on-road parking directly outside. Ideal for a couple, friends, or a small family, this stylish studio offers a double bed, sofa bed, dining space for four, and a Freeview TV. Guests can enjoy picturesque countryside views, with a peek of the sea, from the spacious patio garden. Fresh bed linen, towels, and complimentary guest toiletries are also provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. - Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
