This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is perfectly situated just moments from the beach and all the attractions Brighton’s vibrant seafront has to offer. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, it’s ideal for a getaway with family or friends. The heart of the home is its fantastic kitchen, equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, a breakfast bar, and a large dining table that seats up to 12. Each bedroom is prepared with fresh, hotel-style linens, and we provide ample bedding and towels for all guests. All three bathrooms come stocked with complimentary guest toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check-out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees Thank you for your understanding.
