This apartment is located a 1 minute walk from Liverpool One. The property boasts 1 cosy bedroom with a king size bed and a great shared space sleeping 2 guests. Teamed with a spacious balcony overlooking the quaint Campbell Sq - this property is the perfect spot for families and tourists looking to relax. Please kindly note, the key collection is located a short 5 minute walk from the property. *We kindly ask you to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* . We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 9-10 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer! The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 24 hours each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation
