Our Coach House comes with 5 stunning bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a free parking spot included! (Please note the spot is available for standard-sized vehicles, but could be tight for larger ones.) Perfect for any group wishing to explore Liverpool and its finest bars and restaurants. A unique stay in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, situated on a charming cob *Please note, as we are software-connected We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation. The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please do expect street noise due to its central location. We host hen and stag groups in this property. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge. Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you! Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. • Check ins before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to leaving later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.
