If you’re looking for a romantic escape on the Northumberland coast, Ocean Pearl is a fantastic choice. With stylish and airy interiors throughout, this one bedroom apartment provides a comfortable base when staying in the seaside town of Seahouses. Just a short walk from the bustling harbour, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy a retreat by the sea. Ocean Pearl has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The ideal spot to unwind after a busy day in Seahouses, the living area includes a grey sofa and a flat screen TV so you can keep up with your favourite shows. Modern in style, the white high-shine kitchen features modern appliances and cookware so you can make the most of your self-catering staycation. The dining area features a breakfast style bar and wooden bar stools. Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a king size bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens. This space is cosy and tranquil to ensure you have a blissful night’s sleep. Modern and clean, the ensuite bathroom includes a large walk in shower, WC and basin. Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is one parking space for Ocean Pearl outside of the apartment. We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Polite reminder - the owner of this property does NOT allow pets the property manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. With a bustling harbour and a seaside holiday resort feel, Seahouses is packed with charisma. Treat the family to a game of crazy golf or go rock pooling. The charming village offers a whole host of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and shops all within a 0.8 mile walk or drive so you won’t tire of things to do. If you like horse riding, there is a riding school close by and two incredible golf courses on the doorstep. Hop on one of the boat trips from Seahouses and take a journey to the Farne Islands. Just a couple of miles off the coast, this cluster of islands are one of the UK’s top wildlife experiences. It even has Sir David Attenborough’s stamp of approval as he declared it as his favourite place in the UK to see nature at its best. The Farne Islands are known for its birds with 23 different breeds spotted here, including colourful puffins and razorbills. If you’re lucky enough, you may even see a seal bobbing in the sea whilst you’re on the boat. The nearest train station to Seahouses is at Chathill which is 5 miles away. The closest East Coast Main Line train stations are located Alnmouth or Berwick-upon-Tweed which are roughly 30 minutes away from Seahouses by car. There are great bus services from Seahouses. Hop on the X18 which takes you through to Newcastle with stops in beautiful areas of Northumberland like Amble and Alnwick.
