This is an old-school 4-unit apartment house with cosmetic upgrades that we think make it the perfect vintage-beach getaway **Booking process - IMPORTANT! - After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information.
