The unit is located in a beautiful secluded home. It has wonderful views of the golf course with mountains in the back setting. 2 large patios to enjoy the space from. The entire home can sleep up to 12 comfortably. Only an 8-minute drive from the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort and a 4-minute drive from downtown Mont Tremblant. We make sure your stay is a memorable one. This is close to Mtée Ryan, near bike paths, and ski hills, and less than a 10-minute drive to Tremblant Resort and St-Jovite. This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood. It is only a 5min drive from downtown and an 8min drive from the Tremblant Resort. There's no access from within the property to the downstairs unit. The only access is from outside. This place is registered with CITQ under establishment#: 307088 ● There are other tenants in the seperate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please. ● Check in is after 4:00 pm ● Check out is at 10:00 am ● No shoes in the house ● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor ● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens ● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. ● Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. ● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine. ● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking ● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. ●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. ●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ●Please clean your dishes ●MUST TAKE OUT Garbage: Green/blue bins for recycle, gray for other garbage, and brown for compost ●Must clean and cover BBQ grill ●Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup.
