Welcome to Craigieburn! We are located 20minutes from the Airport. Walking distance from the bus stop, minutes drive to the train station, all the wonderful coffee shops and the Shopping Mall. We are offering a private room in a house with a separate entrance. You have your own private entrance and Room. The only items shared are the kitchen and the washroom. The bedroom is equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, tv with Netflix. You have a separate entrance from the side of the home to your own private room and shared kitchen & washroom You will have access to your own private room as well as a shared kitchen and washroom - Check in after 3pm - Check out at 11am - Please do not drag luggae to avoid ruining floors - No smoking of any type on the interior of the property. $250 fine otherwise - Max number of people in the unit should be what is listed on the booking - Please keep keys safe as they are costly to repair. There will be a $250 fine for lost keys - No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. - No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine. - Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. -There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. - Extra cleaning fee of $100 for pets
