This home is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals, operated by hosts Jenny and Kim. Anthony, our on-site team member, is available during normal business hours if needed. Our team is available 24/7 for any questions or maintenance needs to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Other things to note ⏰ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. The base rate includes up to 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 8. Guests 7 and 8 are $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. 🐾 PETS One dog up to 25 lbs is welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. 🚗 PARKING Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle or golf cart. 🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18 ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. 👤 AGE REQUIREMENT All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
